Parents as well as partners are

How difficult it can be to keep the balance right. The balance between focusing on your child, keeping the family running, and being a good partner. Parents of young families increasingly ask us to help restore this balance. We don’t have to tell you that raising a child or children is intense, especially in this fast-paced, demanding time. Caring about the fertile rearing of your baby is the focus, and that’s a good thing.

But how do you also make sure that you are not only a good mom and dad, but also a fine partner, for your boyfriend or girlfriend, husband or wife? How do you balance parenthood and being a partner?

Focusing on your family can undermine the partnership. Finding a balance in this is very normal in young parenting. At the same time, it is important to stay alert as partners. After all, the source and basis of your parenting is being partners; your love and choice for each other. And yet sometimes the feeling can stay away.

Partner relationship refinding

Sometimes feelings fade into the background, especially when things are hectic at home and difficult things are going on. You may even be tempted to shoot into that parent role alone. It can be hard to return to that partnership, to love again.

Regaining feeling begins with paying attention to each other again, in your partner relationship. This includes paying attention to the relationship to yourself. Just think about how you will feel like a real partner again. What do you, have you, need for that? What makes you feel loved again?

In therapy, we explore these issues together. The goal is to reconnect and reconnect. How can the balance be restored and what will it take? Do you have questions about this topic or want to gauge whether couples therapy is for you? Come and meet us. Because being better partners often also means being good and fine parents.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” column_margin=”default” column_direction=”default” column_direction_tablet=”default” column_direction_phone=”default” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” row_border_radius=”none” row_border_radius_applies=”bg” overlay_strength=”0.3″ gradient_direction=”left_to_right” shape_divider_position=”bottom” bg_image_animation=”none”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_tablet=”inherit” column_padding_phone=”inherit” column_padding_position=”all” column_element_spacing=”default” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” column_link_target=”_self” gradient_direction=”left_to_right” overlay_strength=”0.3″ width=”1/1″ tablet_width_inherit=”default” tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” bg_image_animation=”none” border_type=”simple” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][nectar_global_section id=”19262″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
