Due to covid and busyness, it is not always easy to take the step to couples therapy right away. An online learning is a great solution to work on your relationship quickly and in an accessible way. That’s why we have created a fun and inspiring e-learning for you. Ten separate audio clips, free and for everyone to follow, together or alone, fine at your own pace.

In the online training we will take you through the issues that comprise your relationship in ten topics. Mutual communication, balancing time spent online, eroticism, no more sex, family of origin, breaking the rut, the origins of your relationship, parenting and partnership, tragedy and recurring arguments.
Online training: listening clips with info and tips
For each theme, listen to an audio clip of about 10 minutes. Relationship therapist Joey Steur provides background information and explains how processes work. This will give you a better understanding of patterns in the relationship and how they may once have arisen.
Maybe it’s just what you need to get a process going. To begin breaking patterns that you are uncomfortable with. Or a nice prompt to think about the relationship, to muse, so during the summer months. “How do we do that in our relationship, how does that (or not) work for us? And who have we become in our partnership after all this time?”
After listening to the ten themes, you will have new insights and more room for connection. Established at home (or wherever you are), just in your own familiar surroundings. Have you become curious? The full series
