“The origin of every conflict between me and my fellow man is that I do not say what I mean and I do not do what I say – Martin Buber”
Within your relationship, you may feel separation from each other due to circumstances. You no longer feel supported or understood by your partner and you can’t manage to get in touch about this. When you enter therapy, it means that you want to change something about the existing situation that you are not satisfied with.
Discussing personal problems is not natural for everyone. A reliable therapeutic relationship with a qualified therapist is an important prerequisite for help in addition to experience, knowledge and commitment.

I approach you with an open, curious and judgment-free attitude. I pay attention to the underlying (emotional) needs, try to match your coping style and challenge it at the same time. I work with a practical approach, focused on changing stuck patterns.
