Anne van Gaans, sexologist Haarlem
Sexuality can be a complex aspect of a relationship, involving several factors. Communication problems, intimacy issues, differences in desires or sexual dysfunctions can all lead to tension and dissatisfaction within the relationship not only with your partner but also with yourself.
In my sessions, I offer a safe and confidential environment where you can talk openly about your sexual desires, fears and concerns. As both a sex therapist and psychologist, I combine my knowledge and expertise from both disciplines to provide you with the best possible counseling. Together we explore the underlying dynamics that may be affecting your sexual relationship.
I strongly believe in the importance of open communication and a positive approach to sexuality within relationships. Together we will work to increase understanding from within. We do this through conversations and I also give assignments to work on at home. My approach is holistic, positive and solution-oriented. Together we work to build the healthy, fulfilling and intimate sexual relationship you desire.
