What is the Secret of Love?

The Secret of Love is a comprehensive online program consisting of interactive modules, audio lessons, exercises and workbooks that you can follow at your own pace. We cover various topics such as communication, trust, intimacy and conflict resolution.

With our online program, personal guidance goes hand in hand with our innovative approach. During the online program, you’ll have the opportunity to book a session with one of our licensed couples therapists so that you and your partner get the guidance you need.

Our relationship therapists are experts in building and strengthening relationships. They provide a safe and supportive environment where you and your partner can talk openly about your challenges and concerns. The session is completely tailored to your specific needs and goals, giving you the insights and tools you need to take your relationship to new heights.

What to expect.

We use evidence-based methods from systems therapy, including EFT and techniques from The Gottman Institute. In addition, we are inspired by insights from Esther Perel and Imago Therapy. We are experienced and licensed NVRG couples therapists and provide personalized guidance plus you will be given valuable tools to improve the love, passion and communication in your relationship.

After purchasing the Secret of Love online program, you will receive a welcome email. You will work for 6 months with exercises sent to you each month. During these six months, you will create a deeper connection and greater intimacy, sustaining and enriching your relationship in a loving way. Within six months, a session can be scheduled with a couples therapist that suits your needs and desires.

You also get access to our weekly podcast covering various topics around relationships and love. You have the opportunity to submit your questions anonymously, and each week the most common questions will be discussed in the podcast.Our experienced couples therapists will guide you through the process and are always ready to answer your questions.
