Sara Wolfswinkel, Couples Therapist and Sexologist Nijmegen
As a therapist, I believe it’s important to create an open and safe space where you can freely discuss emotional and vulnerable topics. I believe that true connection arises when there’s room for everyone’s inner world, and I enjoy guiding people in (re)discovering that connection—with themselves and with others. I also try to foster my clients’ curiosity about what’s going on inside, creating space for mutual understanding and growth.
You can contact me with questions or concerns about relationships, sexuality, gender, your own body, LGBTQ+ issues, pornography, or kink. Sexuality is often a sensitive topic, and I believe it’s essential to approach it with care and at the client’s pace. My goal is to create an open and relaxed atmosphere where anything can be said and nothing is considered outlandish.
Background
My academic background lies in Sexology (MSc, KU Leuven) and Educational Sciences (BSc, Radboud University). During my studies, I deepened and broadened my passion for therapy, relationships, and sexuality with knowledge and practical skills. I now use these with commitment and respect to support people in their personal journeys.
In addition to my work as a systems therapist, I am active as a youth coach for LGBTQI+ youth at COC Regio Nijmegen.
