Relationships have always fascinated me – how we communicate, clash, connect, and grow together. In my work as a relationship therapist, I am empathetic, inquisitive, and deeply engaged. I listen without judgment and try to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. At the same time, I’m not afraid to be honest. I hear what someone is saying, but I won’t always say what someone wants to hear. I believe true growth happens when you’re willing to explore yourself and the other with an open mind.
What I find so remarkable about relationships is how valuable the difficult moments can be. It’s often in the friction that the opportunity to learn from each other arises. When you face those challenges together, you become stronger – both as a couple and as individuals. To me, love means continuing to seek each other out, even when it’s uncomfortable, and growing together through it all.
My approach is holistic, with attention to recurring patterns that show up now but often have roots in the past. I help individuals, couples, and families deepen and strengthen their relationships. My optimism and patience allow me to keep seeing possibilities, even when things seem stuck.
I’m a mother of three young children myself. Before becoming parents, my partner and I thought we knew each other inside out – nothing could have been further from the truth. The arrival of our children has challenged us, but it has also brought us closer together.
I have an academic background in clinical psychology, neuroscience, and socio-economic history. This broad foundation helps me recognize patterns and guide clients toward greater insight, connection, and growth.
