Noor Bilstra, relationship therapist The Hague & Rotterdam

In couples therapy, I like to explore with you patterns in the relationship, how you communicate with each other and what are the joint and individual needs. We look at the whole system and examine, among other things, how the people around you affect the relationship. We also look together at the childhood/family in which you grew up and what place love, attention and security had in it.

The emphasis in therapy is on listening to each other properly and without judgment. We pay attention not only to what is missing in the relationship, but rather to what is there and how to strengthen it. My naturally warm and unbiased personality makes you both feel safe and seen. With sharp analysis, I challenge you to make unspoken topics negotiable. With my goal-oriented and practical nature, I provide tools to work with your question.
