In addition to our f2f tracks, we have developed the online program “Secret of Success” as an ideal starting point. This individual program provides a solid foundation because it allows colleagues and the team to explore key concepts and skills at their own pace, in their own space, possibly with the partner. It covers fundamental aspects of relationship dynamics, patterns, communication, vulnerability and conflict resolution that are universally applicable in both personal and professional contexts.

Working on this program at home allows participants to familiarize themselves with these concepts before applying them in a team setting. This not only enhances each participant’s learning and comfort level, but it also allows the team to go deeper into specific dynamics and challenges during the collaborative team process.

The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our work, which is why “Secret of Success” is designed to smooth the transition to team or board trajectories and maximize their effectiveness.

How does the process work?

After the online program is completed, teams are well equipped to begin the process face-to-face. This physical coming together promotes direct communication, trust building and deeper exploration of team dynamics. This transition from individual online learning to collaborative face-to-face sessions allows for effective and seamless integration of what is learned, and allows for collaborative deep exploration and improvement of the team.
