1. Making and confirming appointments

Appointments can be made online, by phone or by email. You will receive a confirmation by email. Payment is handled after each session via Zorgeloos Betalen or invoice.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 business days in advance (weekends and public holidays do not count). For cancellations within 2 business days, we charge the full session price.

3. Rates and payment

Intake session (60 min): €179 (daytime) / €199 (evening) incl. VAT
Follow-up session (60 min): €239 (daytime) / €259 (evening) incl. VAT
Payment: after each session via Zorgeloos Betalen or invoice

The remaining amount is paid after the session via PIN or online payment.

4. Professional confidentiality

All therapists are bound by professional confidentiality. What you share remains confidential, unless there is acute danger or a legal obligation.

5. Liability

Praktijk de Liefde works with professional, NVRG-registered therapists and is insured for professional liability. We work carefully, but cannot guarantee specific results.

6. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied, please first contact your therapist or info@praktijkdeliefde.com. We are happy to resolve this. If that is not possible, you can file a complaint with the NVRG.
