Fill in the screening form on our website. No lengthy application — just a brief introduction: who you are, what you do, what you're looking for.
Within 2 business days we'll reach out for a no-obligation introductory conversation. Not a sales call — we just want to see if there's a good fit.
We have coffee together (online or in person). We share more about how PdL works, you share more about yourself and your way of working. No commitments.
If there's a connection, we start with 2 to 3 clients to try it out. You experience how our software works, what the clients are like, and whether it genuinely suits you.
After the trial sessions, you decide. Want to continue? Together we arrange the final agreements about location, hours and approach. No rush, no pressure.
We work with a clear model: therapists receive a fixed percentage of session fees. PdL handles invoicing and payment administration — you simply receive your earnings, without any hassle.
The exact arrangement is discussed openly during our introductory conversation. We are happy to compare this with your current situation, including all costs you would carry yourself as a solo practitioner.
