Business intensive
A business run together floats on the relationship behind it. When that relationship strains, everything strains: the decisions, the atmosphere, the continuity. And the reverse is just as true: a business that demands all your attention leaves little for home.
For those situations there is the business intensive: one or two days of full focus with an experienced therapist of Praktijk de Liefde, the leading relationship therapy practice in the Netherlands. Not months of weekly sessions, but straight to the core. Discreet, no waiting list, invoiced to your company. Sessions in English or Dutch.
Partners in love, at least one of whom leads a company. The business consumes the relationship, or the relationship falters and the business falters with it. In one or two days you uncover what is happening between you and make agreements that hold.
Partners without a romantic relationship: damaged trust, an uneven balance, an unspoken conflict, or separating professionally without destroying everything. Systemic guidance, preferably with two therapists.
Family and work intertwined: succession, parents and children in the company, siblings as shareholders. Tailored guidance with multiple participants, at our location or at your company.

One or two days of full focus with an experienced therapist, usually within two weeks. A follow-up call four weeks later is included.
One boundary is important to know in advance: we guide the relationship and the collaboration. We do not give legal, tax or business advice, and we are not mediators. If a legal battle is already underway, guidance with us is not the right fit and we will refer you.
The investment depends on the situation: the number of participants, one or two days, and the location. You receive a quote within two business days with one total amount, invoiced to your company. You will hear an indication during the exploratory call.
By default at our own location in Amsterdam Noord, in complete privacy. On-site at your company or at an external venue is also possible; we include this in the quote.
After your request we call within one business day for a short exploratory conversation. The intensive itself can usually take place within two weeks.
Completely. Our therapists work under professional confidentiality, the invoice contains no description of content, and an additional non-disclosure agreement is possible on request.
Mediation aims at a legal or formal outcome. We work on the collaboration and the relationship itself: the patterns, the trust and the communication. If a legal battle is already underway, we refer you to a mediator or lawyer.
