How it works

1. 1

   Start light

   Draw the first cards without a plan. Laughing is allowed, so is asking more. The light questions clear the way for the deeper ones.

2. 2

   Listen first, then answer

   One talks, the other listens without reacting and summarises what they heard. Then switch. That is exactly what we practise in the room.

3. 3

   Stop in time

   Three to five cards a session is plenty. Better short and often than long and once; that keeps it something to look forward to.
