Team program
Whoever attends, the same meeting gets stuck in the same way. That is no coincidence: teams are systems, with roles, alliances and things that remain unspoken. Exactly the lens through which Praktijk de Liefde has guided more than 15,000 couples and families.
The team program brings that lens to the workplace: three modules, delivered by experienced therapists, at your own location. No personality tests and no colour models, but looking at what actually happens between people. Sessions in English or Dutch.
The patterns beneath stuck collaboration: attack and withdrawal, the escalation ladder, slowing down before it damages. Practising with self-submitted work situations. For teams where things grind and teams that want to stay ahead of it.
Feedback, bad news and the conversations everyone postpones. The structure of a conversation that lands, and what happens inside you when it gets tense. The most practical module, also strong for managers.
Roles, alliances and what remains unspoken. With a short team scan up front, fed back at team level only. The module for management teams.
Each module takes half a day. The full program spreads the three modules over a quarter, so what is learned lands in practice in between and we can build on it in the next module.
What a participant shares in the workshop stays in the workshop. We report to the client about the process and at team level, never about individuals. No assessments, no reports per person, no signals to HR about who said what. That agreement is stated literally in the quote.
It is the same professional ethics as in our therapy rooms, and for participants it is the reason to truly take part instead of nodding politely. That is the difference with an ordinary training.
You receive a quote within two business days with one total amount, based on the number of modules, group size and location. You will hear an indication during the exploratory call.
No, and that is a firm agreement that is also stated in the quote. We give feedback about the process and at team level, never about individuals. What a participant shares stays in the workshop.
No. It is training and team guidance based on our therapeutic knowledge. If more is going on with a participant, we discreetly point them to suitable help afterwards.
A module works best with up to sixteen participants. For larger teams we bring a second facilitator or split the group.
No. Each module stands on its own and can be booked separately. The full program, three modules spread over a quarter with a team scan up front, gives the most lasting effect.
