Practice Love is all about restoring connection and fostering lasting, loving relationships. Our founder, Joey Sturgeon, breathes the systems vision, as do all the other dedicated professionals who are affiliated with us. It flows through the blood. Because we learn from the systems view to get the picture complete, the combination with a sex therapist in practice is a must. That way, we can give our clients all forms of help to come out stronger individually and as a couple.

In our practice, a safe haven where all things love can come in, we offer a wide range of therapies. Whether it is relationship therapy, individual therapy, single therapy, family therapy or business relationships, everyone is welcome with us. From the first contact with our assistants to the moment our clients leave the consultation room, they feel the loving atmosphere that characterizes our practice. Warmth and hospitality are essential to the well-being of both our clients and our therapists. Therefore, we do not work with waiting lists and we always start with an introductory meeting so that clients can experience if there is a click with the sex therapist.

Within the practice there are also cases that go deeper into the sexual field. Consider trauma or illness. Because we want to offer our clients the help under one roof, reinforcement of a sexologist is important.

Job Description:

• You independently provide therapy to couples and individuals.
• Clients may be working on their process with both the therapist and the sex therapist. In these cases, consultation with colleagues may be necessary if desired from the clients.

• A min-max employment of min 4 to max 20/28 hours per week.
• A market-based salary of the mental health care collective bargaining agreement (job scale 60) based on education and experience.

Who are we looking for:

• A sex therapist who can be deployed in various locations.
• Someone whose passion lies in relationships.
• Training in EFT is a plus.
• Out-of-the-box thinking. It is important to follow your knowledge and expertise, but also to use your own intuition and feeling to improve the process in the consulting room.
• Evening availability.
• You like to work independently and in a team.
